LEE GRAHAM

Sports and Rehabilitation Specialist

BSc (Hons) Sports Rehabilitation - GSR

Lee is our Sports Rehab Specialist and has over 19 years of experience in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Performance training and coaching.  
His strong Personal Training,  Sports Coaching and Performance background since 1998 taught him the importance of healing injuries and preventing future ones, which inspired him to further pursue a career in Sports Rehabilitation. 
Lee is a graduate of St Mary’s University, Twickenham, England where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Sports Rehabilitation.  Lee has extensive experience in training and treating athletes of all levels and sports, working both at home and internationally. Lee was also the Senior Rehabilitator in Northern Ireland for the MOD for several years.  
His motivation and drive to see others succeed in their field of sport is contagious.  His passion is seeing people advance from potential to peak performance.

Lynsey is the face of Avanti as she is in daily contact welcoming everyone receiving treatment at Avanti Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Performance.  

As well as being trained in beauty, Lynsey is a Level 3 Masseuse, Spinning Instructor and Triathlon trainer.  

She is married and has one child.  She also loves life and lives it to the maximum.
